Notes from the Butsu

Welcome to the first Notes from the Butsu,  a seasonal reflection from Debra Lennox’s forest studio at Big River Farm on the Mendocino Coast.

The Butsu sits quietly among redwoods and orchard. Light filters through tall windows. The Pacific breathes just beyond the trees. This is where painting becomes practice.
